ABOUT ME

Leveling Up Through Adversity

You get what you put in. That's what I've learned throughout my years navigating fitness. I've been morbidly obese, anorexic, bulimic, orthorexic, depressed, you name it. But yet, despite all that adversity, I never gave up. I pushed through until I finally got it right. I graduated at the top of my class from Ohio University with a 4.0 GPA, earning my Bachelor's of Science in Exercise in Physiology with a minor in Nutrition Science.

 

I've continued my education through learning through mentors, many who lead the way in bodybuilding and fitness coaching: Austin Stout, John Jewett, Sam Miller, Victor Black, and more, learning how to recognize and address internal health markers, optimize training and nutrition protocols, and navigating safer enhanced supplementation to produce the outcomes we want.
