Health is first, I mean that! In our time together, BJ lost over 20lbs., lost 4 inches off her waist, and improved her thyroid, gut, and cholesterol. Her doctor was going to put her on thyroid medication without looking into her dietary history and gut health, but after discovering BJ was suffering from IBS-D, we implemented a gut health protocol, supported her thyroid with proper nutritional protocols, and added in training to ensure we wouldn't lose any muscle mass due to the aging process. She's 60, but looks like she is in her 40s!

This is my testimony for hopefully your potential clients to see! Even though we had our last day together, it does not mean I didn’t want to keep you! I want everyone to know that after four months with you - I have grown into a healthier person.
I came to Ash to build muscle. I wasn’t sure what I was doing wrong. I learned that I was over training (who knew) and timed my meals poorly. I learned that there’s specific things you need to keep in mind before, during, and after workouts. I learned that stress management is freaking KEY. I learned that consistency matters, training intensity and intention matter, sleep matters. All the things. It turns out, it’s actually quite simple. Coaching from Ashley isn’t always about being told what to do. It’s for accountability. She helps with form and explains it in a way that you can digest and understand. I have been lifting for 10 years and haven’t seen growth like I did with Ashley in just 4 months.
Ash pays attention to detail and cares about her clients. She supports you 100% but doesn’t feed you what you want to hear, it’s what you need to hear. Which is huge…you can’t change if nothing changes…
