I offer Packages that come with 3, 6, and 12 month commitments, each with their own discounted price. Packages are ideal for clients who are confident in their ability to commit to coaching or are for returning athletes. Packages are paid in full and are non-refundable, but can be paused due to illness or injury.

This service is best suited for the athlete that wants to improve their health and fitness and is already familiar with tracking macros and has no pre-existing health conditions that require attention. Check-ins are on a weekly basis and communication is email only.

This service is best suited for the athlete that wants to address less complex health concerns through analyzing labs (blood work, GI Map, etc.) . This option is similar to "Standard Care", but adds an extra layer of detail by analyzing labs and addressing corrections in the protocol.

This service is best suited for the athlete that wants to address more complex health concerns through analyzing labs (blood work, GI Map, etc.), but offers more personable communication and support through texting. This package is popular for addressing harder, complex health issues, or for the athlete that needs more guidance understanding nutrition and health. It is common to revert to a less intense package after 6-12 months.
